Since setting foot in Arizona back in 1989, Mike Konefal was instantly captivated by its allure. His dedication to the state is mirrored in his extensive professional journey, marked by innovation, tenacity, and an unyielding commitment to excellence.

In 2001, Mike polished his skills at Northern Arizona University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a notable minor in Spanish. His academic prowess in Spanish not only showcases his linguistic capabilities but also positions him as a unique bridge to diverse markets and clientele.

By 2005, Mike had already laid the foundation of his entrepreneurial empire with RisingHy Specialty Sauces. This venture marked the inception of an exciting odyssey in the world of gourmet food. But it didn't stop there.

In 2011, with a keen eye for opportunity and a heart set on preserving local legacy, Mike rescued the beloved Tortilla Lady company from closure. Seamlessly integrating it with RisingHy, he fortified Northern and Central Arizona's food scene with premium sauces, tortillas, and recently introduced, tantalizing tamales and zesty fresh salsa.

Mike's expertise isn't just limited to the culinary realm. His entrepreneurial flair extends to the Real Estate market.
